Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we enter this beautiful season of gratitude and thanksgiving, we are reminded of the many blessings that make Airport Road Intermediate School such a special place. At the heart of those blessings are our students, families, teachers, and the wonderful community that continues to support our Mustang family.
It is with great excitement that we welcome you to our 2026 Thanksgiving Meal Lunch! This special occasion is more than just sharing a delicious meal. It is an opportunity to come together, celebrate family, create lasting memories, and reflect on the many reasons we have to be thankful.
At ARIS, we believe that meaningful moments create lasting memories, and this celebration is another chapter in Our Story… One Moment at a Time.

Thanksgiving Meal Dates

• Fourth Grade: Tuesday, November 17, 2026
• Third Grade: Wednesday, November 18, 2026

Important Information

To ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask that all parents and guardians carefully review all information.
This year, all Thanksgiving meal registrations and payments will be processed exclusively through Givebacks, our online registration and payment platform.
Please remember the following:

• Registration and payment deadline: Friday, November 6, 2026.
• Each student may have a maximum of two guests.
• All payments must be completed online through Givebacks.
• No cash, on-site payments, or late registrations will be accepted.
• To comply with Fire Code requirements and ensure the safety of our students, staff, and families, we cannot accommodate additional guests.
• Families will receive check-in information and additional instructions for the Thanksgiving Meal dates after November 6th deadline.  Stay tuned!

We kindly ask that you follow the step-by-step registration guide provided to ensure your information is submitted accurately and your reservation is completed successfully.
